Our estate planning service is designed to highlight specific issues and risks that may arise from your incapacity or death, including your personal care, the management of your assets during incapacity, asset transfers to your heirs upon your death, guardianship of your minor children, and estate taxes. We work with you to identify which estate planning documents are needed (wills, durable power of attorney, patient advocate designation, and/or trusts) and prepare you to work with a qualified estate planning attorney to obtain them. This includes identifying your assets, gathering relevant documents, and outlining the specific issues/questions you need to address. We also provide a template to help you organize your important information for easy reference by your survivors. If necessary, we will provide referrals to estate planning attorneys and work with them to assist you in completing an appropriate estate plan and related documents.
Liberty is in the business of helping clients succeed. We work with you to achieve your financial life goals. Call us today to see how we can serve you.
